Chanel Le Exclusifs Smaller Sizes

Well folks, it’s the news we’ve all been waiting for: Chanel now offers 2.5 fl oz bottles of four scents. These scents are Beige, Sycomore, Eau de Cologne and Coromandel. Frankly, I’m a bit befuddled as to why they chose these four (a cologne is better suited to a larger bottle, and I had gotten the impression that Sycomore wasn’t terribly popular), but they are now available on the Chanel website for $110. Did your favorite Les Exclusif make the cut? I was hoping for a mini No. 22, myself.

  1. 2.2 oz is petite? I guess compared to the giant 6.8 oz ones… well, frankly, I’m bummed. I was hoping for “mini’s” of Cuir de Russie, Bois des Iles, 31 Rue Cambon, and 28 la Pausa. None made the cut!

Hopefully they’ll be adding more to the collection.

    1. They really ought to have “petites” for all the scents! And the ones that you just named are the best-loved scents in the whole collection. I get that Beige is probably their best seller even though it’s boring, but I really don’t understand why these 4 were chosen!

      1. The name is atrocious, but I have been wanting to sample Beige; I’m surprised that it’s the best seller in the collection, though I guess I shouldn’t be.
A prestige fragrance for ladies in pantsuits.

Speaking of pantsuits, I dreamt of Hillary Clinton and Angel last night–I really need to smell that stuff.

  2. Hey! I read on Perfume Shrine that all Exclusifs scents will be available in the smaller bottles in February 2011…woo-hoo!
