Blame It On The Alcohol(ic Fermentation)

I have a biochemistry final this Thursday, for which I have been studying by drawing deeply unfunny comics (see above). It is ruining my life is many different ways, but one of its most tragic results is that I have been not yet been able to mail everyone’s samples from the Kanye West giveaway. They are all packaged and ready to go, but I haven’t been able to get to the post office before it closes at 1 PM. I want to offer my sincerest apologies for not having mailed these samples yet. I swear to you that I will send them this Friday or Saturday.

One positive thing that has come out of this godforsaken biochemistry final is that, because I have not had time to write reviews myself, I have instead been posting interviews of some wonderful, talented perfume bloggers. The most recent of those interviews is Undina’s, or you can read them all here.

Again, I am so sorry that I have not yet sent out the samples. Thank you so much for your patience.

  1. No need to apologize! You are giving away free stuff! And your post office closes at 1? It must be insane there this time of year. Good luck on that final – my husband has his last one tomorrow (well for this semester at least!). So exciting!

    1. Petting the cat might reduce my stress level if it didn’t automatically lead to getting bitten by the cat! But thank you so much for your support and suggestions.

  2. I saw the word “glycolysis” in there – in today’s meeting I was talking about thioglycolic acid – with much less authority than your stick Santa will be discussing the inefficiency of the former. Now TGA may be only a distant cousin of glycolysis for all I know, but the coincidence of both words having “glycol-” in them seemed compelling to a lay bluffer like me!

  3. I completely understand. School is important and you want to do it right. I hated finals with a passion. I knew the information, but it was getting everything organized and on paper that was the hard part.

    1. Thank you so much for being so understanding. I have a similar issue: I study for hours and feel like I’m prepared, but I test very poorly.

  4. It’s genuinely very complicated in this active life to listen news on TV, so I simply
use web for that reason, and obtain the newest information.
