I wish that I could tell you all about my strange, wonderful father this morning, but I only have time for the quickest of posts before our ultra-secret Father’s Day plans go into effect! So let’s talk Father’s Day: how are you celebrating? What perfume will you be wearing? Which fragrances does your father (or your children’s father, or your furbaby’s father) wear?
My answers: I’ll be wearing Bath & Body Works Butterfly Flower (all of my “real” perfumes have long since been transferred from my parents’ house to my apartment!) My father doesn’t wear any fragrances, as he lost his sense of smell in a car accident; my furbaby’s father wears Atelier Cologne Vanille Insensee.
SCENTS OF SELF 
I’m mailing my Dad some bath bombs. He secretly really loves them….ooooh, secrets out! I’ll be wearing Lonestar Memories in honor of my “Original Cowboy” Dad!
My Fubrbaby Daddy wears Eau Duelle. The kitties proclaimed their undying love for him this morning. They had me do the talking, though. I do some pretty fun kitty voices!
How sweet of you, Kathleen! My dad really liked the Big Blue bath bomb that I got him once, but doesn’t want to deal with the blue bathtub afterwards!

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! My own dad has been gone a long time, but Old Spice was HIS scent. My DH is doing a woodworking project today, so he smells like walnut shavings; he’ll probably go for Lauder for men or one of his D&G The One variants later.

My dad got me into perfume. His favorites are Pour Monsieur, Arabie by Serge Lutens, New York by Parfums de Nicolai, and Tabac by Maurer & Wirtz. It’s great to have someone to share my enthusiasm with!
